Geek Squad was my baby and i was lucky to work with such a great team building this brands image. At Crispin Porter + Bogusky from 2005 - 2009 I built hundreds of mechs for Geek Squad Advertisements as well as in-store collateral and signage.
Geek Squad | Brag Book
The Geek Squad Brag book was pretty much a summary of services provided by The Geek Squad to aid in setting up the perfect home theatre, be it in your home, office, or in a presentation scenario. At the time, Geek Squad was fairly new to the general public and this sort of informative piece helped spread the good word.
GLAD & gain | Cash Grab Collab
I worked on these ADs at Alma in Coconut Grove FL. in 2016 the ask was fairly straight forward. I was brought in initially as a production person but quickly was moved to a creative role. Doing everything from retouching to layout modifications, creating mechs for application across multiple publications and medium.
Nirvanna Designs | ICE Catalogue Vol. 21
I had the sincere pleasure to have worked on volume 21 of Nirvannas Ice (winter) catalogue under the supervision of their brand manager Shirley Sanchez. It involved conceptualizing the layout, clipping and retouching the product and lifestyle photography, and lastly, building out and paginating the mechanical.
American Express | Plum Card
I worked on this campaign for American Express' Plum card campaign in 2009 while at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. The idea of showcasing the garnered prestige of this new rollout from the credit card giant targeted at qualifying businesses seemed a lot easier than it was. Kerning this project was intense, but a labor of love.
Urban Latino Magazine | LIC/NYC
I worked with Urban Latino magazine from 1998 - 2000 illustrating and composing artwork for covers and editorial accompaniment. As the sole Graphic designer working under an AD and CD, I was required to be a jack of all trades, and i acquiesced to and exceeded those expectations with good form.
